sirona_fics1) The Charles/Erik Daycare Verse. I LOVE THIS SO VERY MUCH. It's so fluffy and delightful and domestic and MY FAVOURITE THING IN THE WORLD RIGHT NOW, especially since I've just now read two installments I didn't know about (--because they got posted while I slept! \0/). Check it out, you guys! If it doesn't make you grin stupidly and want to smish them, I will write you a fluff-infested drabble of your own choosing. :D Starts here, part two here, continues here, another snippet here. I've been assured there's moar coming!! \0/

4) The Bakery AU of Doom!!
BAKERY AU PROGRESS BAR
This one is definitely going to go over 40K -- how much over is anyone's guess! :D BUT we are getting closer to the end! \0/ SO MUCH FUN IS BEING HAD.
5) All my heart I will lay down precisely at your feet seems to be quite popular! :D I've been getting some super amazing feedback, which is very gratifyng, as it was one of my favourite stories to write, and I enjoyed the heck out of it! :D It's great to see that people love it, too! \0/ \0/ \0/
6) Going to see HPDH2 tonight! Wheeeee!! :D I shall attempt to bond with my mother. Oh god. But my sister and my dad are away, so it's that or going alone and having her sulk at me for not asking her to go. It's a lose-lose situation. At least once the film has started I shall be able to stop paying attention to her! I anticipate embarrassing amounts of tears, however. >.>
7) I think it's pretty obvious that I've started taking magnesium supplements again. They make me very awake, and feeling pretty happy with my lot. It's terrible, the first half-hour after I wake up in the morning, when the doze has completely worn off and I'm back to feeling there's no point to anything and when will all this be over already, but once I've had a shower and my daily pill I'm back to feeling pretty damn good and happy to be entertained. Who knew, right? The humble magnesium, saving the world one dork at a time! :D
8) Got my nails filed allll the way down yesterday when I went for a manicure, and now my typing is back to stellar! \0/ \0/ \0/

I've run out of drive a little on the fic front. No doubt something is going to slam into me soon enough and demand to be written, but until it does I shall be taking it easy, I think.
Question: should I start posting the Pride&Prejudice Charles/Erik AU? I've only got a third back from Zarah, who's performing marvellous beta duties for me on this one. But it's 26K, so it's going to have to be broken down into three posts anyway. The only question is do I wait to get all of it back, or do I post it as and when I get it? Inquiring minds want to know!

As for posting - I'd wait and put it up all at once, but I also don't understand the concept of proper chapters, so I might not be the best one to ask. I know as a reader, if I read part of something and it isn't finished, I get super impatient, hehe. I'll start to read it anyway, but I much prefer everything be posted at once. My to cents, of course. :)

I am leaning towards the former, if only because something in me is always terribly nervous about posting WIPs, even though this story isn't technically one, since it's finished. I guess I'd feel better to have the whole of it finished before I post.

Speaking of which, if I send you an update for Intransigent on Monday, d'you think you could have it checked over by the weekend?

(WELL. Depends what you fancy. If it's angst-ish -- I Won't Dance is the best one to try. If you want sappy, fluffy romance with the tiiiiiniest, blink-and-you'll-miss-it smidgeon of angst, then Darling Buds of May. If you fancy Suit!porn, then The Cunning Artifices of the Wearer is the one for you. If you want a Noir AU, then try Not Shy of a Spark (I'm kind of really proud of that one, even if it's not the most popular going by the comments. I enjoyed writing it A Lot). If you want a longer romance, then go for Need you so much closer, or Love in the Time of Marmite, which features Arthur as a magical chef (it's pretty much magical realism at work). I LOVED writing that one. If you want something kind of quirky and bizarre and more than a little unusual -- then try Share Each Other Like An Island. A Secret Love is a Regency AU reworking where there's angst and pining and so much love it's painful. You can find all of these on my Inception Masterlist. The one thing you need to know about my stories? THEY ALLLL HAVE A HAPPY ENDING. BECAUSE I'M A SAP LIKE THAT. >.>;;
Myself? I like all of those. I would recommend Darling buds of may as light entertainment to leave you smiling, A Secret Love as something to fulfil your need for romance, and Love in the time of marmite for the "made for each other" trope. Need you so much closer has their families in it, which I enjoyed immensely, playing with the dynamics. And Cunning Artifices has the best canon take of Eames I've yet to manage. IDEK. I'M REALLY BAD AT RECCING MY OWN STUFF.

(I have this problem that I never keep up with new stuff posted, even a little bit -- partly because of practical stuff, partly because it's just my way in general to prefer a little of what I fancy, now and then -- but then fandom is overflowing with interesting-looking fic, I get overwhelmed.)
