Well, you know that any gem I come across, I tend to shout it from the rooftops, so. I'm gonna rec you some of my absolute fucking FAVOURITE stories ever. Plus a new shiny thing that I hope will turn into a trend, because DAYUM.
Considering I have over 1,000 memories entries, this isn't going to be easy. So I'm going to stick to the stories that, today, right this minute ring with me. Those are liable to change within hours, even minutes, but right now, let me tell you about things that make my heart quicken and my blood rush to my head.

This will forever be one of my favourite stories in the fandom. Forever. It has everything I love to distraction about the boys, and that little bit more that makes it truly stand out.

Quite aside the fact that I was part of this all the way through, and it brought me anddelicatale closer, it is a hugely ambitious fic that embodies everything about her writing that I love and that makes me go all *___________*. A stunning achievement.

--When Danny blows out his knee for good he has no idea what he's going to do with his life. And then Matt calls and tells him about a couple of clients who are looking to sell an idea they have for a television show, and are looking for a consultant.
Hilarious and insightful and just so bloody them. <3

Echoes, Silence, Patience, & Grace byluninosity
--Erik learns to knit. Then they live their lives. Eventually, at the end, someone makes a proposal. And there is, despite indications to the contrary in section two, a happy ending.
I thought long and hard whether to rec this story or this one (and its part two), which you should also go and read immediately, but in the end this one won over, simply because it is heartbreaking yet beautiful and hopefull and leaves you with a chest full of fluff, wraps you in a warm blanket and cuddles you to it. They both do, but this, this one--well. If you're interested, check out my comment to the story. It really says it all.

Invoking the ancient Beltane Magic, a bewildering variety of ingredients, Snape’s most private jottings and his sage, acerbic counsel (albeit portrait-purveyed), Harry Potter and Draco Malfoy (singly and together) attempt to set to rights a massive wrong—a rift in the very temporal fabric—that only they perceive clearly…and perhaps not always as clearly as all that, either. Their joint efforts have/will/might, could and can remould the very foundations of their lives and the lives of others. And, if Janus should smile, they will succeed.
One of the most incredible Harry/Draco stories I have ever read. My thanks go toaltri_uccelli for pointing me in its direction. The sheer scope of it is mindblowing, and so is the execution. A real stunner.

This is Mission:Impossible 4, and also ONE OF THE HOTTEST THINGS, GODDDDD. Brandt gets to seduce the rich guy. That ought to be enough for you. Seriously, read it. The voices are so authentic, and it just reads beautifully.
