Oh wow this was such a wonderful tale! You've taken the characters we love and made them so much more! I could totally visualize teen!Danny and teen!Steve and how they've changed over the years, and now it's hard to look at images of them and not "see" the teenaged version they've come from. Even with the icons in this here comment section...!

I clutched entire sections to heart (Matty's subplot -- heartbreaking!, prom night -- perfect!) but also found myself moved by the tiniest things… Meka's reaction to them at the hospital, Amy and Kono crying over photos :'(, the faded note in Danny's wallet, Rachel's dirty mind (lol!), and of course, finding the sweater!

I enjoyed this fic so so much. This is the stuff epic love stories are made of!
