I know, but just the thought of them is enough to give me nightmares. I actually slept in Von's bed for weeks after they appeared the last time, and even then I still had nightmares sometimes. But yeah, The Silence was pretty creepy too. In general, I think Doctor Who got a lot creepier.
Same here. Before, I usually had some idea at least. Now? Not so much.
