So I have FINALLY seen this, probably the last one to. AND I HAVE FEELINGS ABOUT IT. Shocking, I know.

-- So if they discussed the rules, is this Danny's way of luring Steve out of his bedroom so Steve would talk to him (and maybe send him to sleep with his soothing voice)?

Oh god. Basically I want ALLLLL THE FICS. And for it to be Monday already (well, Tuesday, since that's when I get to watch it).

Also thank you guys so much for earlier. I have uncovered the reason for my foul mood of recent -- in vivid technicolour. AKA That Time of Month, Fuck It All. I can't believe I fucking forgot all about it. Clearly still failing at being an adult. /0\ So, uh. No writing any time soon, because I cannot make words work for me when I'm like this, oh god. At least I know what's causing it, which abates the awfulness somewhat.

When you can get back online, check out from 40-46 seconds. You can see clearly that Steve has no pockets. (Never you mind why I was reviewing this particular section.)

The phone is sitting on the coffee table between the corner and the awful awesome retro 70s ashtray. I don't know for sure that it's Danny's phone, but why would Steve not take his to the bedroom, in case of a case in the middle of the night?

I think the tv probably isn't the only Danny habit messing with Steve's neat Navy mojo. Beyond the ashtray, sitting on a section of newspaper, are the remote, a set of car keys, and a crumpled (soda?) can. There's also a coffee mug with spoon in, what looks like half a bagel (or a sandwich remnant -- or possibly a QT hotdog container), a crumple of paper, and a water glass. I'm thinking that Danny has violated at least three major rules (and five sub-categories) just in this room alone (and has very varied libation needs).

Why, yes. I did go to YouTube and watch the HD version on full screen mode a couple [dozen] times. Why do you ask?

Internet still shit, but from what you're describing, if you remember 1.14 (the one with the tsunami), both Cath's and Steve's phones were downstairs on the coffee table when they rang. So could be Steve is in the habit of leaving it downstairs? IDEK. I will obviously have to watch that vid again. THE HARDSHIP, I TELL YOU. As soon as the sodding internet works! D:

And yes, I can see Danny breaking McGarrett house rules left and right, mostly just to be an arsehole! :D :D

Sorry, babe. Didn't mean to taunt you. It's the exact same video, just with a clearer picture.

I do remember Steve and Cath's phones being downstairs, but there's a difference between 'upstairs fooling around' and 'upstairs sleeping'. Add in the bit where none of the stuff I saw on the table was a second cell phone, and you'll see which cliff I'm jumping off to my conclusion. :grin: Anyway, if I'm wrong, I'm still going to remember it my way, because it's just so much more fun. : more grin:

Now, why has nobody mentioned Steve's epic pissy!face at the 20 second mark? :D :D :D (I'm sure Danny is keeping score of how many he can get in the shortest amount of time -- probably in his cop notebook.)
