I can't help but think that the contract is for holding the actor in case they want to use them but it means they very well might! And I know Loki is for sure in Thor 2. Seriously can you imagine Asgardian drama sans Loki?
I will literally squee with all the joy if they do do Winter Solder with the next Cap movie. It would be soooooo perfect!! The angst! The drama! The redemption!
