Thanks so much. I really loved your piece for Halloween, it was exceptionally well written. The first part fairly haunted my day, I had to read it at least 3 times. In part, it was your piece that inspired/ allowed me to try my hand at channelling Star's character. I figured if you were brave enough to post your entry, then I'd give it a go as well. I have to say, the empathy debate can be facinating - I totally get where you're coming from on Star's relationships, the subject is riveting. I mean, he can feel when the blankness comes - even Jesse said so in one of the fictional pieces he wrote. So if he's aware of that, then arguably that he has to be aware of more - Star is anything but stupid, though he can be painfully slow at times. Oh, I could speculate on the matter for hours - would in fact enjoy a chat if you fancy. I look forward to reading anything else you've got!
