So this morning I was reading the BBC News site, and I came across the article about Aretha Franklin becoming engaged, which, congratulations, you marvel. <3 But that isn't the interesting part.

No, the interesting part is the blurb to the news, to wit: Aretha Franklin announces that she has become engaged to her old friend William "Willie" Wilkerson, at the age of 69, and plans a summer wedding. [Bolded text my own]

YOU CAN GUESS WHERE MY MIND WENT, CAN'T YOU. I MEAN. Obviously this is now pop culture euphemism. AND I CAN'T HELP BUT HEAR THIS PHRASE IN SIR IAN'S VOICE. :D :D :D

In other news, this morning is the first time the new comment system has worked for me. Which, I'm pretty damn relieved not to have to type in style=mine every time I want to leave a comment, it was starting to drag.
