sirona_ficsOkay, so. I haven't done one of these for ages, BUT I am 10 mins into this new ep AND ALREADY I WANT TO MAKE A LIST OF \0/ THINGS TO SQUEE ABOUT. So here is a live reaction post to make up for my recent silence on that front! \0/
This is going to be heavily biased on the side of awesome, JSYK. I'm going to be focusing on that rather than the things that might piss people off about this ep, so if you wanna read this, do bear that in mind, please. It's been a rough few weeks for this fandom, so let's have some squee up in this place, eh? Let's remember why we LOVE this show, rather than what pisses us off about it. WHAT DO YOU SAY?
SO. Random points of awesome:
>> I am choosing to take Chin's statement that he hasn't talked to Steve yet as Steve badgering him and Chin blocking him until he knows for sure. LALALA THAT RIVER IN EGYPT IS NICE THIS TIME OF YEAR, I HEAR.
>> DANNY SHOULD ALWAYS WEAR LEMON-YELLOW STRIPED SHIRTS, OH MY GOD. LOOK AT HIM. WITH HIS SHOULDERS AND HIS EYES AND HIS CHEST AND HIS HAIR AND HIS ARMS. MMMRRRGGGHHH TAKE ME NOW. *____________*

BECAUSE OBVIOUSLY GRACE IS LIKE A DAUGHTER TO HIM NOW, TOO, SO HE SEES NOTHING WRONG WITH TAKING THAT STANCE, TOO. Again, putting aside the overprotective angle again, STEVE IS OBVIOUSLY GRACE'S STEPSTEVE BY NOW. THIS IS MY HEAD CANON AND I'M STICKING TO IT. <3<3
>> Ugh, I wish Chin would come clean about the fact that it was he who left Malia for her protection, rather than Malia who left him. It isn't fair to her, and god, she's just so nice. D:

All in all, a good show! I am SO GLAD the Kono plotline is wrapped up now. I AM EAGERLY AWAITING NORMAL SERVICE TO RESUME FINALLY!
